Welcome Visitors If you are visiting today, we welcome you in our Risen and Living Savior, Jesus!
- Please let us know you worshiped with us by introducing yourself to a Pastor.
- If visiting, please don’t feel obligated to give an offering. St. Stephen’s members express thankfulness to God through their voluntary offerings which then support the congregation’s work.
Gift We acknowledge with thanks, a gift for the General fund in praise and thanksgiving for 33 years of marriage for Jeff & Sheila Schlegel.

Vacationing this Summer? Don’t take a vacation from worship!
When on vacation, try worshiping with one our sister WELS congregations where you are. Before you leave town, stop in at the church office to check out the WELS Directory to find churches and worship times. Or, use the “church locator” at www.wels.net.
If you are vacationing nowhere near civilization, and no sister churches are near, a hymnal and Bible or devotion book are all you need to have family worship wherever you are (and not just on Sunday!).

WELS Western Wisconsin District Convention was held last week at Luther Prep School in Watertown. Our Pastors and male Teachers attended as delegates. Reports were given by various areas of ministry of our Synod, such as World Missions, Home Missions, Worker training schools. The main presentations for growth revolved around encouraging our fellow believers as we are coming out of the Covid situation and as our world is in turmoil. Based on Hebrews 10:23-25, presentations and discussions zeroed in on encouragement for worship together, worship in our homes, and encouraging connection with our Savior in our Lutheran schools.
Election of district leaders took place: President – Pastor Michael Jensen (Watertown), 1st Vice President – Pastor Brett Brauer (Watertown), 2nd Vice President – Pastor Jeff Seelow (Rice Lake), Secretary – Pastor Galen Riediger (West Salem). Our Beaver Dam Circuit elected two new Circuit Pastors as Pastor Heyer stepped down after 8 years: Pastor Mark Reichert (Good Shepherd), Pastor Tim Schwartz (Zion, Columbus).
