Newsletter September 29- October 4

  • Since Cold and flu season is coming our way I am realizing that tissues and hand sanitizer were not on the supply list. So to make sure that 2nd Grade can survive the cold and allergies season if you would like to contribute to help stock 2nd Grade with tissues and hand sanitizer. It would be greatly appreciated
  • Memory Work for this week
    • 1 Peter 5:7 (due Wednesday 10/2) Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.
    •  5th Commandment with explanation ( due Friday 10/4)

You shall not murder.

What does this mean?

We should fear and love God that we do not hurt or harm our neighbor in his body but help and befriend him in every bodily need.

  • Faculty/Student Volleyball Game: The A-Team volleyball players will be taking on the Faculty (including Miss. Wenman) in a volleyball game on Friday, October 4.  This game will start at 2:30.  If any parents or family members want to attend, we ask that you enter through door W3.  This event was new last year, and everyone had a lot of fun.
