Coming Events
- Eighth Grade sings on Thursday, April 27, at 6:30 PM. The students will sit with their parents or others. They will sing in front of the church and return to sit with their parents or others. Please let me know if your child cannot make it.
- The examination is Friday, May 5, at 6:30 PM. Confirmation is Sunday, May 7, at 10 AM.
- The School Dance is Saturday, May 13. Tickets are available to buy in Mrs. Cooper’s room on Wednesdays and Fridays before school. The cost is $5 per student and is free for parents. This is a technology-free night for students.
- Monday, May 15, is the Confirmation Trip. Please get in touch with Pastor Dorn if you have any questions about the trip that day.
- Awards Night is on Monday, May 15, starting at 6:30 PM with ice cream.
- The Ascension church service at St. Stephen’s is on Thursday, May 18, at 6:30 PM.
- This year’s last piano recital is Monday, May 22, at 6 PM. The end-of-the-year band concert is Tuesday, May 23.
- The fifth through eighth graders have a field trip all day on Wednesday, March 24. Please see the form sent home for information and the link.
- Eighth Grade Graduation service is Thursday, May 25, at 6:30 PM. A cake reception will follow.
Notable News
- Please bring a transparent water bottle to school. Every water fountain has a refillable station.
- In the classroom, we have a microwave. The students are invited to use it. We have paper plates and paper towels as well. The students need to clean the microwave after using it. If they cannot take care of it, they will not be able to use it.
- The second-semester collection is Good News Lutheran Church. Pastor Bauer is at Good News Lutheran Church in Mt. Horeb, WI.
