  1. RE-Cap of PTS events/Old business
  2. Chili Cook-off-the event went well, but there was not as many people in attendance.

Suggestions: Winner Cup, obtaining a plaque for past, present, and future chili winners

  1. Scholastic book fair- did an excellent job this year with the event. Same week is scheduled for next year but will adjust as needed. The teachers have 680 dollars to spend.

Suggestions: Only do the fair a couple days @ school, possibly doing some of the fair at Good Shepherd.

  2. Lenten Supper March 22- we will be doing a hotdog bar. (More information to follow)
  3. Fellowship doughnut gathering 8:30 am March 5th. This is the Sunday that Lakeside will be at church. We will do a freewill offering towards are Make-A-Wish event. Jayme is getting everything we just need volunteers to help. Someone will need to grab the doughnuts from Rechecks’.
  4. YMCA SWIM night is Friday, March 10 from 5:30-7:30
  5. Make-A-Wish event (assembly) everything is falling into place, and this will be the week of March 27-31, many fun activities are planned and scheduled. Make-A-Wish will be coming to the school on March 21 @1 pm to speak to the church and school about our WISH event. March 27 @5 pm will be our Culver’s night, and Friday March 31 @1 pm will have Claire’s Pool party, themed as a pep rally. The Warrior Band will be joining us and playing some pep band music. Everyone is encouraged to join in the festivities, in helping our WISH child: Claire is a 3-year-old from West Bend who’s living with B-cell lymphoma. She enjoys going on the swings, playing with tower magnets, swimming with her sister, playing kitchen and hide n’ seek, coloring, doing crafts, watching “Paw Patrol” and eating vanilla cake. She wishes to have a swimming pool this summer. (This is her wish)
