Members of St. Stephen’s,
Over the last several weeks, I have deliberated a call to serve as principal and teacher at St. Stephen’s Lutheran School. Through this time I have had conversations with leadership about the ministry at the church and school. It is evident, through those conversations, that God has truly blessed this congregation and school with dedicated workers who have a common mission to share Jesus with one another and the community. The faithful work of the faculty, staff, pastors, and members is a testament of God’s grace and mercy.
These conversations also gave me time to reflect on my ministry in Texas. Through prayerful consideration I have decided to return my call to St. Stephen’s Lutheran School. While I felt a strong pull to St. Stephen’s Lutheran School, I also felt compelled to continue my ministry in Texas.
I thank you for your prayers over these last few weeks. You will continue to be in my prayers as you continue in your search for a principal.
