Bible Studies
- Sunday Bible Class – “Pray, Praise, and Give Thanks: Favorite Psalms of God’s People”
This Bible study meets on Sunday mornings at 9:10 in the church basement. “Pray, Praise, and Give Thanks: Favorite Psalms of God’s People” is a study of nine of the best known and loved Psalms. Please join us! Coffee, juice, and treats are served, too! - Winter/Spring Bible Study “The Book of Joshua”
Our Winter/Spring Bible Class is studying the book of Joshua. The people of Israel were starting to enter the Promised Land. God promised to go with them, and he defeated their enemies. This book reminds us of how God is with us to help us overcome our enemies. Join us on Mondays at 7:00 PM or Wednesdays at 11:00 AM.
Ladies Aid Society Spring Luncheon Buffet will be held Thursday, May 5 at 12 noon in the church basement. Our guest speaker, Pastor Michael Helwig, will tell us about “Operation Go”, a ministry of Lakeside Lutheran High School that sends out teens for mission work.
The luncheon provides fellowship for our members, active and honorary, as well as those who volunteer at funerals, weddings, and baptisms. We also invite our pastors and their wives, our church secretary, and custodian.
Anyone who is interested in serving the congregation through volunteering for funeral luncheon help may fill out a pew card with your name and phone number. Please mark the card “funeral volunteer”. Your information will be added to our list of volunteers. If you have any questions, please call Bonnie Wagner at 920-557-1973.
LWMS Spring Rally will be April 23rd starting at 9:30am in Juneau. Please call Carol Lathrop at

Quarterly Voters’ Meeting will be held in the church next Sunday, April 24, after the 10:00 Worship Service. All male members 18 years and older are encouraged to take part in this leadership activity in Jesus’ Church. All are welcome.

Sincere thanks to the many members who brought gifts of food, helped with the serving, and to Matt and Lindsay Wietzke. Breakfast includes assorted baked goods, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cottage cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and milk. A freewill offering box will be out. Suggested donation: $5 per adult, $2 per child. All are invited.
Easter Lilies may be picked up after the 10:00 service this morning. Thank you to all who “loaned” them to the church for this wonderful celebration!
