Bible Studies
- Sunday Bible Class – “Pray, Praise, and Give Thanks: Favorite Psalms of God’s People”
This Bible study meets on Sunday mornings at 9:10 in the church basement. “Pray, Praise, and Give Thanks: Favorite Psalms of God’s People” is a study of nine of the best known and loved Psalms. Please join us! Coffee, juice, and treats are served, too! - Winter/Spring Bible Study “The Book of Joshua”
Our Monday/Wednesday Bible Class has resumed. We are going through the book of Joshua. The people of Israel were starting to enter the Promised Land. God promised to go with them, and he defeated their enemies. This book reminds us of how God is with us to help us overcome our enemies. Join us on Mondays at 7:00 PM or Wednesdays at 11:00 AM.
Lenten Worship Our midweek Lenten services are Wednesdays at 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 4:45 p.m.
Our series for midweek Lenten services this year is “The Crucial Hours,” reflecting on pivotal moments and events in Jesus’ Passion.
This week, Pastor Heyer’s sermon will be “Satan Has Asked to Sift You.”
A PARKING NOTE – No parking for the 3:30 service on West Street in front of Wilson School and St. Stephen’s parking lots. This is the after school bus pick-up lane.
Lenten Suppers! This year there will be a light supper in our church basement from 4:45-6:15pm provided by some of our church organizations. This week our Athletic group will be hosting a soup and sandwich meal. We hope that this will make it easier for our busy families to come for these special worship services as well as give many of us another opportunity to enjoy Christian fellowship with one another.
LWMS Door Offering will be collected at the door after services today. These offerings support special WELS mission projects chosen annually by our LWMS Beaver Dam Circuit.
Preschool Aide Position Opening: Our sister church, Good Shepherd, is looking to hire a preschool aide for next school year.
