Dear Brothers & Sisters of Resurrection & Life Lutheran Church,
The Lord is risen! He is risen indeed, alleluia! This greeting welcomed us on Easter morning. This greeting continues to give us the certainty of what is ours, eternal life in heaven through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The members of Resurrection and Life called me to be the discipleship pastor. It has been a joy to talk to the leaders, pastor, principal, teachers, and others at Resurrection and Life. God has certainly blessed the congregation greatly as they carry out the ministry in Rochester.
This time has also been used for me to assess my gifts and abilities as to where they might best be used in God’s Kingdom. I wrestled with my two calls greatly throughout the past weeks. In the end, I am returning the call to Rochester to remain in Beaver Dam at St. Stephen’s. I pray that God will lead the right pastors to Resurrection and Life in the near future. I also will keep your ministry in my prayers until all of us can join around God’s throne in heaven singing his praises for all eternity.
