  • Painting in altar guild room, altar guild stairway, and the stairways to the balcony.
  • We are also beginning discussions about audio and video improvements.
  • Contributions to the Restoration Fund are still needed!

Summer worship times are as they have been:

  • Thursdays, 6:30 p.m.
  • Fridays, 1:30 p.m.
  • Sundays: 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.
Family Bible Study at 9:10 a.m.

Hearing Loop

May be an image of textIn our restoration / renovation, St. Stephen’s installed a hearing loop. It is like a transmitter attached to our basement ceiling that sends a signal both to the church and basement. Some hearing aids and cochlear implants are equipped with a T-coil. The T-coil acts as an antenna that “picks up” a magnetic signal generated by an induction loop and lets the user “hear” what is being broadcast. This delivers tailored sound to the hearing aid user.

If your hearing aid is telecoil-equipped, turn on or switch to T-coil mode by moving a small switch to the “T” position, or change to a program mode by pressing a button on a phone app, the ear-level device, or on a remote control. Your hearing aid will then be directly connected with our amplification system, and you should be able to hear every spoken word clearly.

We have a few listening devices that also connect to the hearing loop and are used with earbuds or headphones. Ask a pastor for more information.

Church Office Summer Hours

Regular church office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the summer months, the church office closes at noon on Friday. Church office will also be closed Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th in observance of the holiday.

Vacation Bible School

Because of scheduling conflicts and the availability of teachers, this year’s Vacation Bible School will be a one-day event held on August 4th. Watch the bulletin for more information.
