Funeral Arthur Kamrath was called home to heaven on March 20, 2022, age 92. Funeral services were held March 26th.
Ernest Larson was called home to heaven on March 29, 2022, age 85. Private funeral services will be held. Violet Schmidt was called home to heaven on March 29, 2022, age 93. Funeral services were held April 2nd here at St. Stephen’s.
Memorials In memory of David Schepp, a gift has been given to the Restoration fund from a friend.

Lakeside Fine Arts Fair concert is this afternoon at 1:30pm at Lakeside Lutheran in Lake Mills. Enjoy music performed by students from area WELS schools (including St. Stephen’s).
Bible Studies
Lenten Worship Our midweek Lenten services are Wednesdays at 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 4:45 p.m.
Our series for midweek Lenten services this year is “The Crucial Hours,” reflecting on pivotal moments and events in Jesus’ Passion.
This week, Pastor Schupmann’s sermon will be “I Will Keep the Passover.”
A PARKING NOTE – No parking for the 3:30 service on West Street in front of Wilson School and St. Stephen’s parking lots. This is the after school bus pick-up lane.
Lenten Suppers! This year there will be a light supper in our church basement from 4:45-6:15pm provided by some of our church organizations. This week our Elders will be hosting a beef stew meal. We hope that this will make it easier for our busy families to come for these special worship services as well as give many of us another opportunity to enjoy Christian fellowship with one another.
Easter Lilies A sign-up sheet for donating Easter lilies has been placed on the back table and in the ramp. Please have lilies here by 9am on April 16th. Lilies are able to be picked up after the 10:00am service on April 24th.
Easter Breakfast Our Easter breakfast will be held Easter Sunday from 7:00am to 9:30am in the school gym. Donations and baked goods such as sweet rolls, coffee cake, doughnuts, etc. can be brought on Saturday, April 16th, from 9:00am – Noon. Additional volunteers are needed. If you are willing to help with the Easter Breakfast, please sign your name and phone number on the sign-up sheets on the table in the entry or in the ramp. Breakfast will be served continuously from 7:00am -9:30am.
You’re Invited……….PTS Spring Movie Night PTS (Parent Teacher Society) is having its spring movie night in the school gym on Friday, April 22 at 6:30. Come early to get popcorn and water. We will be watching the movie, Sing 2.
Bring blankets and pillows to get comfortable. Please no chairs. Hope to see you there.

Bookkeeper Position Opening: St. John Waterloo is currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant/bookkeeper. The starting salary would be $38,000 based on experience. We would prefer the individual to be an active member in a WELS/ELS congregation, have accounting knowledge, is a good typist, self-starter, dependable, pays attention to detail, computer knowledge of Word, Publisher, Excel, etc., and is discreet and able to keep information confidential.
