Singing\/Worship Schedule:
\n<\/b>Grades K-8 will sing during Ascension\/Graduation service on Thursday, May 29, starting at 6:30.\u00a0 Children’s Choir, Jr. Choir and 8th grade students will need to be here by <\/span>5:45 <\/b>for mass rehearsal of our song.\u00a0 This is the one and only rehearsal with all three choirs so it is important that students are there on time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mission Collection:<\/b>
\n<\/span>Quarter 4 brings us to supporting the WELS college of Ministry, MLC.\u00a0 This past week\u2019s collection was <\/span>$80.50.\u00a0 <\/b>We are at $370.60, which is <\/span>74.1%<\/b> of our <\/span>$500.00<\/b> goal.\u00a0 We have 2 weeks of collection during our chapel service between now and the end of the school year to get there.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fundraising update:
\n<\/b>For our fundraisers this year so far we have raised the following through gifts and activities:
\n<\/span>Bleachers:\u00a0 $16247.06 (54% of our goal)
\n<\/span>Playground:\u00a0 $60216.41 (80% of our goal for stage 1)
\n<\/span>We are well on our way to possibly getting these items in place before the start of the 2025-2026 school year if donations fall correctly in the next few weeks.
\n<\/span>Thank you to everyone who has helped us along in this journey.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Teacher appreciation week:
\n<\/b>Thank you to everyone for the gifts and words of encouragement as the week went on.\u00a0 All the members of the faculty greatly appreciate the support you show us throughout the year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jerry\u2019s BP Spirit Pump Supports St. Stephen\u2019s:
\n<\/b>Jerry\u2019s Automotive\/BP, 700 N Spring St.\u00a0 (Across from The Market in Beaver Dam) has a Spirit pump.\u00a0 When patrons use this pump for gas, Jerry\u2019s donates 2 cents per gallon to schools in Beaver Dam.\u00a0 The owners of Jerry\u2019s have again decided to give the proceeds from this pump to St. Stephen\u2019s during the month of <\/span>MAY<\/b>.\u00a0 Please consider filling your tank in the month of <\/span>May <\/b>at Jerry\u2019s at the Spirit pump.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

St. Stephen\u2019s Rummage Sale:
\n<\/b>Donations are being accepted at the church office for a rummage sale that will be held in the gym at St. Stephen\u2019s June 12th-14th.\u00a0 The funds raised will support the following projects:\u00a0 the playground, the bleachers in the gym, and St. Stephen\u2019s attendees of the 2026 WELS Youth Rally in Bowling Green, Ohio.\u00a0 Donations will be accepted from now until June 10th.\u00a0 We ask that no large furniture, mattresses, or TV\u2019s be donated.\u00a0 All donations should be in good, clean, working conditions.\u00a0 Please attach an approximate value to items, especially collectibles or antiques (if able).\u00a0 All donations will be sent to Twice Is Nice after the sale if it is not sold at St. Stephen\u2019s.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Odds and ends:
\n<\/b>-Please visit<\/span> https:\/\/ssl.fastdir.com\/saintstephens\/<\/span><\/a><\/span> and fill out the registration for next year.\u00a0 If you currently have students enrolled, you would need to log in and fill out the information for the new child.\u00a0 Any questions, do not hesitate to contact the school.\u00a0 This allows us to accurately prepare for the 2025-2026 school year.<\/span><\/p>\n

-5\/12<\/b>: Piano Recital\u20135:30 and 7:00 in church proper.\u00a0 Please use the ramp doors (E6) to enter.<\/span><\/p>\n

-5\/19<\/b>: School Family Night 6:00-8:00.\u00a0 All are invited.\u00a0 This is the evening we celebrate all our accomplishments at school.\u00a0 Band and choir will perform.\u00a0 We will honor our students in various ways throughout the evening.<\/span><\/p>\n

-5\/29 <\/b>End of year picnic starts at 11:00 at Tahoe Park.\u00a0 The picnic only succeeds with help from the parents. \u00a0 <\/span>Click here for the signup for items for the picnic.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Please sign up as soon as possible.\u00a0 The signup closes on May 23rd so we can go purchase things if needed.\u00a0 Items need to be present at school by the 28th.\u00a0 If you are going to bring your items to the park, please let Mr. Schulz know.\u00a0 Thank you in advance for all your help.<\/span><\/p>\n
