Welcome to the last month of the school year!\u00a0 Wow, time has flown by.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This week a little bee came and pollinated the Fast Plants so that reproduction may occur. Now we look forward to watching seed pods develop.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Here are some tidbits for this week:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

MEMORY WORK: <\/b>Please check in with your child about memory work.\u00a0 Some kiddos are simply trying to do a quick look before saying it in the morning, and that is not going well.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

OWW: <\/b>The field trip to Old World Wisconsin is Thursday, May 22 from 8 to 3.\u00a0 Thank you to those who have signed up to drive and chaperone. <\/span>\u00a0The children and chaperones will need sack lunches that day.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SERMON STUDIES: <\/b>Pages are available for your child to take and use when he or she needs another copy. Thank you parents for helping your child with this activity. <\/span>I have enjoyed reading through the studies that have been completed.\u00a0 Thank you.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

MISSION:<\/b> \u00a0Our 4th quarter mission for MLC continues.\u00a0 Our total stands at $ 290.10\u00a0 which is roughly 58% of our goal.\u00a0 Thank you for blessing our pastor and teacher training college with your offerings. We have 4 more weeks to bring in gifts for this mission and meet the remaining balance of\u00a0 $209.90.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

TEACHER\/STUDENT DATES:\u00a0 <\/b>Tacos with the Teacher continues this week. Horse, Pig, and Gravity Maze were the activities of choice for this past week.\u00a0 Jonas showed me how Gravity Maze works.\u00a0 That game is definitely good for the brain.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Kiddos signed up for future dates are: <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Kaitly, May 7 \u00a0 and\u00a0 Brooklyn, May 8.\u00a0 Judah and Ezzy will be rescheduled since \u201crest was best\u201d for the teacher.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SPELLING TESTS: <\/b>There will be a test on Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BAND: <\/b>This coming Wednesday our classroom will sit in on part of band class to see the band in action and try out instruments.\u00a0 Next year band will be offered to 4th grade so this will be a wonderful opportunity to get the kiddos acquainted with instruments of interest.<\/span><\/p>\n
